Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Artum, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

Artum is an AI-powered art recognition and search app. You can photograph artworks to identify them or search for artworks by name. The app provides information including the artwork title, artist, year, style, and a description.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Artum offers the following purchase options:

• 2-Day Pass — provides full access for 48 hours from the time of purchase. Non-renewing.
• 7-Day Pass — provides full access for 7 days from the time of purchase. Non-renewing.
• Annual Subscription — provides full access for one year. Includes a 3-day free trial for eligible users. Automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Payment

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. By making a purchase, you agree to Apple's terms and conditions for in-app purchases.

Free Trial

The annual subscription may include a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the subscription price. You will not be charged during the trial period.

Cancellation

• Passes (2-day, 7-day): Non-renewing. No cancellation needed. Access expires automatically.
• Annual Subscription: You can cancel at any time through your Apple ID settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until then.

All refund requests are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com.
