Overview

Artum is an art recognition and search app. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Data We Collect

Images

When you use the art recognition feature, the photo you capture with the camera or select from your photo library is sent to our server and to our AI provider for analysis. We retain a copy of submitted images in our logging and observability system for up to 14 days so we can review recognition errors and improve the accuracy of the app. These images are not linked to any account or personal identifier, because the app has no login. After the retention period, they are automatically deleted.

Search Queries

When you search for artwork by name, the search text is sent to our server. Search queries are not stored or linked to any user identity.

Feedback

If you submit feedback through the app, your message is forwarded to our team via Telegram. Feedback messages do not include any personal identifiers unless you voluntarily include them in the message text.

Crash and Performance Data

We use Sentry to collect anonymous crash reports and performance metrics. This data does not include personal information and is used solely to improve app stability.
